It destroys viruses and bacteria on every surface

Pro3 Killer 20 B  is a powerful sanitizer of   surfaces and air thanks to the Ozone generator 03  at very high  power from 20,000 mg / h. The product is used to deeply sanitize domestic and work environments from viruses, bacteria, mold spores. The strength of ozone and free radicals also breaks down the molecules of odors, such as smoke, closed odors, making a sense of cleanliness perceptible.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT OZONIZER POWER FOR YOU

On the side we report a table of four types of machines with different powers. The machines in question are a 1 g / h, a 5 g / h producer and the 10 g / h Viro3 Killer products and 20 g / h Pro3 Killer products.

The table refers to the time required to reach the concentration of 2 ppm (parts per million) of Ozone inside a 30 m2 room with a height of 2.7 m and therefore with a volume of 81 m3.

The graph shows this important data:

  • The Viro3 Killer machine can sanitize the 81 m3 room in 98 minutes

  • The most powerful Pro3 Killer machine sanitizes the same environment in half the time 40 minutes

  • The 5 g / h machine takes 210 minutes

  • The 1 g / h machine will fail  never to sanitize a 30 m2 room

So the two data that most interest in the choice of the product is the volume of the environment we want to sanitize and how long we want to do it.

INDICATIONS HOW TO SANITIZE YOUR LOCAL WELL

Pro3 Killer  is  a producer of very high power 20 g / h Ozone  to sanitize  environments when people are not in the premises. As validated by the ministry of health and the FDA association  (Food & Drugs Administration), Ozone has bactericidal and virucidal power. The power of destruction of bacteria and inactivation of viruses depends on the concentration of ozone in the environment expressed in ppm (parts per million) and on the exposure time of bacteria and viruses to the ozone. The table on the side shows that it is easier to eradicate bacteria than viruses. From the laboratory tests performed we can say that with Ozone concentrations close to 2 ppm the bacterial loads are neutralized to 99.99% while the viruses need a little more.  time or concentrations above 2 ppm. Also in the table on the side you can see the time needed with the KIller Pro3 machine  to reach this concentration in ppm based on the volume of the rooms to be sanitized. A daily and regular use of Pro3 Killer guarantees almost a bacterial and viral load of the environments   nothing .

OZONE AND HUMAN HEALTH

Ozone is obviously a toxic gas and must be breathed as little as possible in order not to create problems for the respiratory tract.

The limits imposed by international regulations impose the following exposures to avoid complications on people's health.

  • 0.06 ppm for 8 hours - 5 days a week

  • 0.3 ppm for up to 15 minutes

In the separate graph, the maximum time allowed for a certain concentration in ppm is clearly indicated. As can be seen from the graph, the green area is the area of complete safety that the users of these machines both as end users and as technicians in the sector for the sanitation of environments must respect in order not to be affected by the effects of Ozone.

CONVERSION OF OZONE INTO OXYGEN AND USEFUL ADVICE

The conversion time of the Ozone produced in your environment depends on several factors, first of all the degree of concentration, the higher it is and the longer it will take to become oxygen again. The time can vary from 20 minutes up to several hours.

The simplest and cheapest method is to open the windows and doors and exchange the air so that in 5-10 minutes the Ozone will be gone.

Another useful tip is to wear masks with inserts or activated carbon filters. The activated carbons act as a catalyst towards Ozone converting it back into Oxygen. In this way, even for the short operations that you will be in contact with the Ozone you will breathe very little of it.

As shown by the graph, an exposure of even 2 ppm for 4-5 minutes does not represent a problem for human health but if it is better avoided. So short stay in the room and with activated carbon mask there are no problems.

WHERE TO USE PRO3 KILLER AND HOW TO PLACE IT IN THE ENVIRONMENT

Pro3 Killer can sanitize rooms up to 150  m2, however it is recommended to use it in smaller rooms of about 50 m2  to quickly reach the concentration of 2 ppm suitable for breaking down viruses and bacteria in a time of 1.5 hours. For larger rooms it is better to distribute more machines in the room so that each machine can cover an area of 50 m2. For example, if the room is 150 m2, 3 machines are recommended and the time can be reduced to 1 h - 1.2 h for a complete sanitizing treatment.

The Pro3 Killer product is suitable for all those environments where, in the absence of people or animals, it is necessary to carry out daily sanitization at practically negligible cost.
