The condominium regulation prohibits the installation of air conditioners with external units. The apartment in question consists of two rooms of 30 m2 each, exposed to the SOUTH and therefore very sunny.

The machines installed, an inVISE toilet and an iCOOL, are used to air-condition in summer and heat in winter in mid-season.
